We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, but our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays, should that be the case. Most of our orders are shipped 5-10 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner (i.e happen to order a product for a specific event or occasion) do feel free to drop us an email to hello@nanasstore.eu and we'll happily assist you further about expected delivery time. 

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
