The situation with our shipping providers might still be affected in light of the COVID-19 outbreak but we will make sure we keep you updated at all times about how this might affect our orders going out or your returns coming back. We dispatch orders within 5-14 business days. Please note during peak periods, it might take up to 14 business days. We are shipping worldwide with a couple of exceptions.*  Please see our shipping fees and delivery times below.
Domestic Shipping (Hungary)
Our domestic shipping is provided by GLS Hungary and Standard Shipping cost is 3,5 EUR. FREE Shipping above 125 EUR purchases. Once your order is dispatched, GLS delivers within 2-3 working days. Please note that we can’t be held responsible for wrongly given addresses 
International Shipping
Our items are shipped directly from Budapest, Hungary where all of our products are manufactured and our courier partner for international shipments is DHL. Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been dispatched. Shipping times vary; due to high demand we aim to process and dispatch your order within 14 working days. As per as our courier partner, DHL, international deliveries take 3-5 working days once your order is dispatched. If you are ordering for outside of the EU and unsure (i.e happen to order a product for a specific event or occasion) do feel free to drop us an email to hello@nanasstore.eu and we'll happily assist you further about expected delivery time.

Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, some parcels may experience shipping delays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, but our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays, should that be the case. Can I get express shipping?
Express shipping is available, but we do not usually offer it as our carriers charge a lot in most cases, and we want to keep our products affordable for our customers. To find out the rates for express shipment, please contact us directly in hello@nanasstore.eu.
What about possible custom fees? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. 
Excluded time periods and P.O. box addresses 
We don't dispatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays, and bank holidays of Hungary, which are: January 1, March 15, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Whit Monday, August 20, October 23, November 1, December 25-26. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses
