General Terms & Information
We dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Please note during peak periods, it might take up to 10 business days. We are shipping worldwide with a couple of exceptions.*
Our courier partners for international shipments are DHL and UPS. International deliveries take 3-5 working days once your order is dispatched.
*Please note that as a stand against the invasion of Ukraine we take no further orders from and discontinued shipping to the Russian Federation. At the moment, we're also unable to ship to China.

Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, some parcels may experience shipping delays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, but our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays, should that be the case. How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped 2-5 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification but please note that in peak period it might take up to 10 working days to dispatch your order. Once your order is dispatched, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its dispatch date. If you need your item(s) sooner (i.e happen to order a product for a specific event or occasion) do feel free to drop us an email to hello@nanasstore.eu and we'll happily assist you further about expected delivery time.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
USA, UK, CA & EU Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 working days and as per our courier partners for US & EU shipments, DHL & UPS, deliveries take 3-5 working days once your order is dispatched. Our prices listed on the website include taxes and customs for US, UK, CA & EU orders.

We provide free international shipping on orders 350 USD and above, except for orders from China.
Excluded time periods and P.O. box addresses
We don't dispatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays, and bank holidays of Hungary, which are: January 1, March 15, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Whit Monday, August 20, October 23, November 1, December 25-26. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses

- For delivery to a parcel terminal, Posta Pont or post office: HUF 990 gross per item.
- For delivery at home: 0-10 kg: HUF 1,990 gross per item
- For delivery at home: 10-20 kg: HUF 2,990 gross per item
- For delivery at home: 20-40 kg: HUF 5,990 gross per item

International orders:
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Where is my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click the the link under your tracking number to see the status of your order. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
