Returns Policy
We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues sizing, style, the fit or quality you'll have 14 days to initiate a return of delivery receipt.
To start a Return you must reach out to us at hello@nanasstore.eu with your order number and name.
We only accept returns on US, CA, UK & EU orders at this time. We're unable to offer exchanges at this time. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. NANA'S is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
You must provide online order number for all items being sent back. If you do not have the order number, please contact our customer service to get this information, before sending the return package back, otherwise we'are unable to identify it and issue a refund.
IMPORTANT: All customers are responsible for postage payments including duties and taxes (DDP Shipment) where applicable.
The only instance in which NANA'S will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item. In the event your order was applicable for free shipping and you return part of your order resulting in the remaining order falling under the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to subtract shipping from your refund.
The items are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. NANA'S will not be responsible on missing parcel / delays / return back due to third party delivery partner.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return is complete.
No price adjustments for prior purchases.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns and exchanges on all items and clothing 14 days of delivery receipt. We understand that shipment may take longer in some cases, therefore shipment is not included in the 14 days returns policy. If you wish to return an item you have 14 days to initiate the process and email us prior to sending the item(s) back to us.
Item(s) must be in new & original condition, item(s) must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note that shipping costs (both outbound and return) costs are nonrefundable and will not be credited back to you.
How to return an item?
Kindly send us an email with your order number and specific item you'd like to return to hello@nanasstore.eu before sending an item back to us. Please note that we are only able to accept returns with DDP shipment (Taxes & Customs paid) where applicable.
Refunds & Exchanges
When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive your returned items with accordance to our Returns Policy and in original condition , unwashed, unworn, undamaged with tags attached please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return is complete.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.
You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy.
